2 or 3 days ago i watched tintin the movie, one of the most anticipated movie on my list this year. Very excited because i'm a tintin fan since i started to read, my grandpa influenced me of reading tintin. He had a lots of tintin comic in his room and it was a nice experience to read tintin when i was a little. My favourite are Tintin in Tibet, The Secret of Unicorn and The Red Rackham Treasure, and guess what Stevel Spielberg and Peter Jackson adapted the secret of unicorn for the first movie of tintin trilogy.

loosely adapted from the comic but also with elements from other books included , started with a very cool opening sequence and the 1st scene was a cameo from Herge, the late creator of tintin. The Story is when tintin bought a miniature ship of the unicorn. When he bought it in the market, there are 2 mysterious persons that followed him and want to buy the miniature from him. Tintin refuse to sell it so they leaved. After that accidentally the miniature falls down and found a paper from inside the broken pole of the ship. Interested with the paper, Tintin start researching in the library, he found out that Unicorn is an old ship that sunked and only leave the captain Sir Francis Haddock as sole survivor. So with this information, he starts his adventur.

This movie has the best animation technique, a great motion capture from weta studio. It's very realistic like see a real person in the movie. Your eyes will be happy when you see it. I love it, i think the plot is very mediocre because nothing suprise me anymore because i already knew it from the book, but when i watch it i feel like i was a little boy again who read tintin before bed time. Too bad my Grandpa already passed away so he didn't have the chance to watch this, he will be happy i'm sure.

So is tintin a must watch or not? i think tintin fans or not you must watch it, for tintin fans It's Tintin!!! for who is not a tintin fans, it's a great animation with steven spielberg and peter jackson  behind the scene. it's fun and funny for the whole family

Some say he’s half man half fish, others say he’s more of a seventy/thirty split. Either way he’s a fishy bastard.
